1. To Give Proper health Service.
2. To give treatment to the patients at reasonable cost or Free Treatment to the patients who are really needy.
3. Not to refuse patients at any point of time.
4. To give chances to young dynamic doctors to show their skill.
   
The Polyclinic, inter-commune polyclinic is a second-level contact facility that will serve a range of population in general, but can extend to a huge area regarding treatment and general health care, containing as much as possible all specialties such as:
   1. General Medicine.
2. Orthopedics.
3. Endocrinology.
4. Diabitology.
5. Gynecology.
6. Child Health & Pediatrician.
7. Psychiatry.
8. Advanced Dentistry.
   It is basically working as an outpatient department only. It is usually not integral to a hospital but links to a hospital for its patient referrals. The functions of the polyclinic are given under. These can, however, be
changed according to the needs of the local population.
   (a) to provide outpatient consultation to a maximum number of specialties delivered by doctors and specialists coming from the district hospital;
(b) to provide diagnostic service;
(c) to receive, compile, and transfer information and health statistics received from the lower level units to the district hospital;
(d) to deliver primary service in health education and health promotion; and (g) to deliver health care services to the older persons.
   Like the rural health centre, the polyclinic offers minor surgery, although it
has no operating room

   1. Dr. Sucharita Bhattacharya: She has completed BDS from R. Ahmed Dental College and Hospital. Presently attached to Dental World. She was previously attached to Life Line Dental Clinic. She has an experience of working in corporate clinics. She is ambitious and very helpful to the poor and good moral character.
   2. Mr. Joydeep Biswas: He is from technical background with B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has the will to work hard and help people in need and good moral character.
   3. Mr. Debojit Chakravorti: He is from technical background with M.C.A. degree. He has the will to work hard and help people in need and put modules in a proper system. He attached to a leading ITES Company in Kolkata as Systems Administrator. He has a good moral character.
   4. Mr. S. P. Saha: He is a leader in CATV industry, a big industrialist. He has an intensive knowledge of market status and works in modular concept. He has got a good moral character and a urge to help people in need.
